Welcome to May! It's a busy season for everyone. Between graduations, end-of-school-year activities, sports, weddings, and community events, our calendars are full—and that's just in our personal lives. In our business, it's also a bustling time. The spring market is in full swing, and this year we've seen an increase in new listings and closings compared to last year.
It's also a time when we focus on our communities, dedicating significant time and resources to supporting the organizations that do such great work year-round. In Winchester, for example, this weekend is the annual En Ka Fair. This event is the primary fundraiser for an organization that provides grants and financial support to several local philanthropies, as well as direct aid to residents with specific and urgent needs. A few weeks later, we will join in the fun for Winchester's Town Day where businesses and community groups line the streets of our beautiful downtown to celebrate this special place. Community is at the heart of our work every day, and we prioritize these opportunities to give back—and have some fun too.
